Li Ping, a 52-year-old investor from Shenzhen, China, claims to have spent 13 million yuan—approximately IDR 34.5 billion—over the course of nine years searching for his ex-wife, Zhang Shudan. She allegedly defrauded him before fleeing to the United States. Li first met Zhang in 2014 while attending a forum. Zhang, who worked as an account manager at a bank, shared stories of the hardships she had faced, eliciting sympathy from Li. Over time, she borrowed money from him on several occasions and eventually entered into a relationship with him.[1]

The story continues in 2015, when Zhang claimed to be pregnant. Shortly thereafter, Li purchased an apartment worth 7.5 million yuan (approximately IDR 19.9 billion) in Zhang's name prior to their marriage. However, the day after the wedding, Li was involved in an accident caused by car brakes that had allegedly been tampered with. A few days later, Zhang again asked for money, claiming it was needed to help meet her performance targets at the bank. After Li transferred 2.74 million yuan (approximately IDR 7.2 billion), Zhang suddenly vanished; she had fled to Los Angeles, taking the money, the title deeds to four apartments, and other important documents with her.[2] And if you have any legal issue in Indonesia territory, contact us for business inquiry, feel free in 24 hour, we will be glad to assist you.
