An Indonesian citizen (WNI) was recently arrested by Japanese Police for stealing a bag. The theft took place at a store in the Shibuya District of Tokyo, Japan.[1]
According to police, the incident began early Thursday (September 25, 2025) at approximately 2:00 a.m. local time. The perpetrator was seen on CCTV wearing a black mask during the robbery.
